How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after purchase.

Once your parcel has been collected by our courier, you’ll receive a tracking
number via text or email — depending on the contact details you provide at
checkout.

If you’d prefer to receive text
updates, please make sure to include your mobile number when completing your order.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all UK
orders.

Items can be returned or exchanged provided they:

Are in their original condition.

Have all tags attached.

Are unworn, unwashed, and free from odours (including smoke).

Are sent back in the original packaging

Please note that we cannot accept returns on any items sold as used or pre-owned, as these products are clearly described in detail before purchase.

We accept returns via Royal Mail, Evri & UPS.
Please note we cannot refund the cost of the return label.

International returns are not accepted.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including debit and credit cards, PayPal, and more. When you proceed to checkout, you will be prompted to select your preferred payment option. Are your items authentic?

Yes - We pride ourselves on only selling genuine products. Each item is hand authenticated by our team of experts to ensure that every item is authentic and up to standard.


Are your items new or used?

At VIVO clothing the vast majority of items sold are brand new with tags, however some of our more exclusive pieces may be pre-owned, we highly suggest reading the product descriptions before making any purchases. As listed in our returns policy, we can not offer a return on any pre-loved items. 


Product Care:

To keep your item looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend regular cleaning using suitable cleaning materials and products.
For longevity, store your items in a cool, dry place, away from humidity and direct heat. Proper care and storage will help maintain both the quality and appearance of your purchase.

We also highly recommend relating back to the manufactures cleaning guide for the best results.
