* Once all tickets are sold, the draw will take place live on our Instagram page @vivoclothing_.

* Winners are selected at random during the live draw.

* Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

* If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, we reserve the right to redraw.

* We are not responsible for incorrect contact information provided at checkout.

* We reserve the right to cancel or adjust a raffle if necessary. If a raffle is cancelled, all ticket holders will be refunded in full.

* By entering, you consent to your first name or username being announced publicly if you win.
